Haunted Putnam County
In 2015, I wrote a collection of poetry set in Greencastle, Indiana where I went to college, titled “The Lost Lines.” I’ve always been fascinated with Putnam County’s folklore, and I’m still not done writing about it. In May 2016 when I came to visit for my brother’s college graduation, I snuck away for a day to take photos in some of Putnam County’s haunted places and graveyards. Locations included Edna Collin’s Bridge, Boone-Hutch Cemetery, Four Arches, and Forest Hill Cemetery where Pearl Bryan was buried. I love it, but haven’t ever shared these photos with anyone.
