I went to one Farmers’ Market earlier this summer in Colorado (probably the first weekend we were here) and was kind of disappointed, so I did a little Googling and found out the Boulder Farmers’ Market was supposed to be the best in the state. So Saturday morning, we packed ourselves up and drove forty minutes to Boulder. It was AMAZING. Something I often feel is that I don’t usually want to buy anything at Farmers’ Markets, I just want to look and take photos. But there were so many things we wanted to purchase at this market. We ended up getting some locally made beard oil for Ries and stood in line for some organic peaches. I wasn’t sure what the big deal was—I just saw a massive line and sent Ries over to wait in it. The peaches we got were life changing. The flavor was so bright, they were so juicy, and the skin basically fell off. I’m sure we’ll try to get more before we leave.
